Kefir Whey Vinaigrette


2 cups milk kefir whey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olvie oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
6 tsps Dijon mustard
6 tsps raw honey
Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all the above ingredients in a bottle.
Screw the lid on tight and shake well to combine.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Note: The olive oil will harden a bit to a gel. Before serviing either allow to stand outside the fridge for a half hour or place in a warm jug of water.
