Quickly whip up some yummy rolled oats pancakes for breakfast by first soaking the oats overnight in milk kefir.

The milk kefir softens the oats so they become easier to blend into a batter, as well as lowering the phytic acid and making them easier to digest. This applies to the seeds too if you opt to include them.

These pancakes will keep overnight in a sealed container in the fridge. They are also suitable for freezing. Simply pop in the toaster to reheat/defrost.
