Ingredients
- 1 tbsp milk kefir grains
- 1 mango
- 330mls coconut milk
Instructions
- Culture the milk kefir grains in the coconut milk
- Blend the mango
- Add to the coconut milk and refrigerate
Tip: Keep checking the coconut milk kefir as it cultures by dipping a straw in and taking a tiny sip to check if it is ready. If you leave the coconut milk kefir to ferment for too long then it may taste too sour.
