Ingredients
- 1 litre kombucha tea
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 5cm piece of lemongrass cracked open
Instructions
- Add the ginger and the lemongrass to the kombucha tea.
- Cover with a lid.
- Leave on your counter top at room temperature to ferment and infuse.
- Strain, bottle and place in the fridge to chill.
