Ingredients
- 1 litre kombucha
- 1/4 cup dried apple pieces
- A stick of cinnamon
Instructions
- Pour a litre of kombucha into a glass jar.
- Add the dried apple slices and the cinnamon stick.
- Place the lid on the jar and allow to stand for 24 to 48 hours.
- Sieve out the apple and cinnamon.
- Pour the kombucha into a swing top bottle and refrigerate.
It tastes like apple pie!
If you find it a little too sweet then use less apple slices.
