Healthy cultures Sauerkraut is made in a kitchen that uses nuts and gluten.

It is recommended you start off with one forkful per day and work your way up to one forkful with every meal.

Once you have dished up a portion of sauerkraut ensure that the sauerkraut left behind in the jar is submerged in it’s brine in order to remain preserved.
